Victoria Stone aka:Iimori stone was created by Japanese Professor Iimori. It is made from natural gemstones, Micah’s and quartz with stabilizers heated to very high temperatures and slowly cooked under extreme pressure for over three months. This process grows the crystals. Professor Iimori died in the 1980’s and did not write down his formula. No one has been able to duplicate this beautiful stone not even his own son who has tried many times. Victoria stone was named after his daughter and came in 15 colors. There is an even more rare facet grade clear version that only came in 7 colors. As this stone is used up in jewelry it will only become more and more scarce and is now nearly impossible to find. It is a good investment stone.
